event is (in our opinion) highly important.
People
'eat with their eyes'. We like to balance fresh fruit, confectionery
and pastry items to appeal to the widest audience possible.
Dips
Table
As with our Chocolate Fountains, we are very much 'into' presentation
of the dips table. We like to 'overwhelm' people with an elegant
choice of exciting dips to choose from.
To
add a feeling of opulence as well as elegance, we use large cut-glass
pedestal bowls for our dips. Fresh fruit look absolutely spectacular
in large bowls. Additionally, we make full use of various heights
to display and emphasize the dips.
