Corporate
Chocolate Fountains
is a turn-key operation; self-sufficient in everything it needs
to put on a spectacular, impressive event. However, we do actually
require just one thing from the venue: a 13 amp power supply (preferably
two) to power the fountain(s) and lighting rig. The Chocolate
Fountain alone will draw 10.5 amps.
When
e-mailing or telephoning us (on 0845 2300 338), we require the
following information:

MANY delegates / guests will we need to cater
for?
- WHERE
is the venue (it's location)?
- WHEN
is the event?
- WHAT
is the event?
- What
TIME is the event starting and finishing?
- What
TIME would you like the
fountain(s) flowing from - til?
- WHO
is the main contact person
With
this information we can provide a meaningful quotation.
PACKAGES
We
offer (as a general starting point) TWO basic packages.
For most companies, either of these is sufficient. For others,
we modify, add or subtract items that will fill their need and
or desires.
We
pride ourselves on being Professional, flexible and totally adaptable
to an organizer's needs.
Our
two basic packages are:

For any corporate function or event, our SINGLE Package INCLUDES:
- UNLIMITED
Chocolate (Milk, Plain, White or a speciality).

EIGHT
accompaniment dips - to tantalize and keep your guests or delegates
coming back for more chocolate!
To add to a feeling of opulence as well as elegance,
we use large cut-glass pedestal bowls for our dips. Fresh fruit
look absolutely spectacular in large bowls. Additionally, we
make full use of various heights to display and emphasize the
dips.
- UNLIMITED
replenishment of the accompaniment dips throughout the function/
event.
- UNLIMITED
supply of napkins / serviettes.
- UNLIMITED
supply of Chocolate Fountain plates

UNLIMITED
supply of skewers for dipping fresh fruit, pastries or confectionery
into the chocolate fountain(s)
We are VERY strict when it comes to health and
hygiene issues. We will not allow ANYONE to place a finger or
'extremity' into the fountain - for communicable disease reasons,
hence WE do NOT use a lighted Perspex surround NOR do we place
our dips around the Chocolate Fountain. Our dips are ALWAYS
placed on a separate table just a pace or two away from the
Chocolate Fountain. Using this method we can be sure there will
be no cross contamination IF someone were to have a communicable
disease at the function.

Spectacular set of BACKDROPS to enhance the
corporate function (an optional feature - if required). We can
supply various heights and widths: 2m, 3m, 4m, 7m and 10 m widths:

LIGHTING for the actual Chocolate Fountain AND
the Chocolate Fountain area. We use an array of lighting lamps
and units in order to achieve an impressive feature as well
as visual impact. We like to stage
events as opposed to simply 'provide a fountain'.
Depending on your needs and the degree of 'impressiveness' you
require or would like, we will use all or a combination of:

for the disposal of used napkins and skewers.
As mentioned above, we are very much an advocate of Health and
Hygiene for the safety of your guests/delegates.
We provide bins to collect used skewers, napkins and Chocolate
Fountain plates in order to avoid 'double dipping' of the same
skewer.
Our Professional approach extends to being neat and tidy before,
during and after the event. Chocolate
can be a 'messy business' hence we keep a tight rein on the cleanliness
and appearance at all times of the fountain and the whole area.

For each table we have a choice of skirting:

We are turn-key company providing just about everything we could
need for a function including: 2, 4 and 6 feet tables. If not
supplied by the venue, we will supply linen for the tables in:

We have never known a corporate function to run
EXACTLY to time - hence we are flexible and will cover the event
no-matter what happens!
For exhibitions, conferences and seminars we will always have
the Chocolate Fountain set-up and ready for flowing prior to the
agreed time.

PROFESSIONAL
Chocolatier
to attend the fountain - to help, guide and assist guests /
delegates obtain the most out of the fountain. We are NOT a
part-time / week-end Chocolate Fountain company.
Many orgainzers are concerned about Chocolate 'flying everywhere'
or delegates being accidently being covered in Chocolate. We
assure organizers by the methods we employ, the Chocolate Fountain
table, the fountain area as well as guests will at all times
be kept clean by a well controlled and managed fountain.

This
package includes all the services and facilities as provided in
the SINGLE Package (above) - BUT with the added bonus of TWO Chocolate
Fountains.
Both
Chocolate Fountains sit on their own Table, both have skirting,
table linen, decoration/display.

Due to the physical size of having TWO Chocolate Fountains- each
